In this role, you would become a point person for contracting and residential transactions.
Experience and bi-lingual (Spanish) would be a plus.
Industry related background is required.
Landscaping, hardscaping or masonry customer service is BIG plus.
Responsibilities:
-Reliable, constant contact for customers and their repetative business -In bound phoones calls and scheduling deliveries.
-Learn product knowledge, to the point of estimating full jobs - Interact with other branch employees on supply chain -Assist in daily store activity; yard, stock, inventory, deliveries, sales.
